                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
                   CITY AUDITOR (FINANCE OFFICER) TO ADVERTISE
                   FOR HEARINGS ON REZONING ORDINANCES AND
                   CLOSURE AND ABANDONMENT ORDINANCES UPON
                   RECEIPT OF RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE
                   CHATTANOOGA-HAMILTON COUNTY REGIONAL
                   PLANNING COMMISSION.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Auditor (Finance Officer) 
be
       and is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for hearings 
on
       rezoning ordinances and closure and abandonment ordinances upon
       receipt of recommendations from the Chattanooga-Hamilton County
       Regional Planning Commission.
